About the Board

The University Sport New Zealand (USNZ) Board comprises of 9 members.

4 elected members (President, VP and 2x Board members) and 2 Rep Members are all elected by the USNZ members at its November General Meeting. Each Board Member serve a one-year term (moving to two-year terms in Nov 2007) on the Board after which they can choose to submit a nomination to be re-elected again.

The USNZ Board also appoints 3 members, who serve a two year term on the Board. The appointed members are elected by the USNZ Board for their valuable skills and business connections within the organisations framework.
