Information for Athletes (inc Selection Standards)

USNZ and Athletics NZ have today (November 2006) released information for potential Track & Field athletes wishing to be considered for selection for the 2007 World University Games in Bangkok, Thailand.

* note exceptions for athletes competing in NCAA Div 1 Champs on 6-9 June and Half Marathon in Christchurch early June)

Team Manager

USNZ has appointed Brett Addison as Athletics Team Manager for the 2007 World University Games in Bangkok following a recommendation from Athletics NZ. Addison is Sport Waikato’s Athletics Development Officer and has managed several NZ athletics teams to overseas events in recent years.
