AUT first name on ‘The Trophy’

Auckland University of Technology was named Overall Champion University for 2005 at the NZ Universities Blues Awards Ceremony at Te Papa, Wellington.

AUT were presented with ‘The Trophy’,  having won the 2005 University Games on the North Shore and placed 4th at both the Men’s Cricket Championship in Wellington and the Winter Games in Wanaka (latter now known as the Uni Snow Games) among the range of events in 2005.

The Overall Champion University rankings for 2005 are:
