Event Co-ordinators Appointed

USNZ has appointed 2 Christchurch based staff to assist with Uni Games 2007. Sarah Burke - Event Co-ordinator (Uni Games) - Sport Sara Daji - Event Co-ordinator (Uni Games) - Volunteers and Logistics Both are Lincoln University Graduates and have had experience working in Sport in Canterbury particularly with Canterbury Cricket. Both will be Christchurch based and will be contracted between January and April with both having some part time & full time components to their role. They will work on specific areas and tasks associated with the coordination of the ‘best ever’ Uni Games and report directly to the Games Director (USNZ’s National Events Manager). Both will be based at a temporary Uni Games Office in the UCSA building in Ilam and will begin work on Wednesday 17 January. Contact details and Office hours will be distributed in the New Year. USNZ wishes to extend a warm welcome to both Sara and Sarah. USNZ is excited about both appointments and know they will contribute greatly to the success of Uni Games 07.
