Uni Cricket’s own short format game is launched on Wed 1 March at Auckland Cricket Club The 3 Auckland Universities - Auckland, AUT & Massey Albany - have been invited to trial a cricket format even shorter than Twenty20! Uni Cricket Sixteen16s involves the 3 teams playing each other in 3 matches on a single day on a single pitch. Teams are 8-a-side with only 16 overs per inning. Results to follow….
