World Uni Karate Champs - Team Named

Three athletes will represent New Zealand at the 6th World University Karate Championships in Wroclaw, Poland from 11-13 July 2008.
Karate New Zealand selectors in consultation with University Sport New Zealand have named the following Karate Ka:-
Aidan Carr - AUT University
Tamara Glyn - Auckland University
Kylie Rochford - Lincoln University
Aidan will compete in Kata and Open Kumite while Tamara and Kylie will be competing in +60kg and U57kg Kumite respectively.
University Sport New Zealand wishes Aidan, Tamara and Kylie all the best with the tournament in Poland.
